En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with separate shower, garden tub, double sink vanity and huge walk-in closet.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with double sized shower.
Bathroom3 with shower over tub and direct access from pool area.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, tea kettle, large breakfast nook overlooking poolside.

Breakfast Area:

Seating 6 and with views over the pool, spa and deck area.

Utility Room:

Washer & dryer, iron, ironing board.

Family Room:

Family room with large TV. Cable, DVD, Ipod docking station, home cinema, Stereo/CD player, telephone.

Formal Dining:

Spectacular glass top table seating 8 for those special dinners. Fully dressed ready for use.

Study/Bed 5:

Beautiful quiet room that can be closed off from the rest of the home for privacy. Sofa bed, 2 armchairs and occasional tables.

Outside

The garden and pool area is south facing to provide maximum benefit of sunshine, whilst also being very private and not overlooked by any neighbours. The pool and spa can be heated for an optional extra, although not needed for majority of the year. Under water pool lighting for the evening and plenty of sun loungers for all guests.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid Service:

We provide top quality towels and linens. Our villa is maintained by a professional management company. The home is routinely cleaned before and after every booking.
